Bindi is an energetic personal trainer who is competing in the BC Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships this weekend. She is doing Figure open and Masters(over 35) Figure. If she places in the top 5, she plans to go straight to the Nationals on August 11 in New West, BC.

PM: What are your tried and true methods to stay healthy?
Bindi: I am always training hard, eating well, taking good supplements and position myself around positive people.
PM: How do you get (and stay) in the best shape of your life?
Bindi: Workout, eat well and do yoga.
PM: It is a beautiful summer day, where are you?
Bindi: At the beach, walking outdoors or in a pool.
PM: Ahh the beach… And in winter?
Bindi: The gym, home or in a shopping mall.
PM: What do you love to do on your weekends?
Bindi: Watch a good movie and hang out with my husband and kids.
PM: What is your recipe for success?
Bindi: I’m a hard worker and don’t give up!
