In Motion is the perfect program for the fit homebody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHO IS PUBLIC MYTH IN MOTION FOR?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Public Myth In Motion is for every body. No matter your fitness level, we have a workout for you. This program is your way of becoming fit from home, with no financial risk. This program gives you the opportunity to try different types of fitness classes ranging from yoga, to intense kettle bell workouts, to HIIT training. With videos ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour, there&#8217;s a video fit for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHY DO WE DO IT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">We started Public Myth In Motion to give every person access to high quality workouts. We believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, which is why this workout program always has and always will be complimentary. In Motion is our way of giving back and supporting those who have supported us by providing free workouts for all. This program is here expose people to new types of workouts and how to become a healthier versions of themselves.
