It\u2019s the perfect lunch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MEET COURTNEY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized is-style-rounded is-style-rounded--1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/publicmyth.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Courtney_Zelter-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Courtney Zelter\" style=\"width:800px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Courtney Zelter graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Southern California\u2019s Chapman University. Courtney then moved to Los Angeles where she pursued a career in dance and fitness. She appeared in music videos and commercials, while expanding to dance based instructional workout videos. Courtney&#8217;s been fortunate enough to work and learn all around the world, including Tokyo and the Caribbean. Courtney&#8217;s grown an understanding and appreciation for cross training with the intention of injury prevention and career longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In 2020, she moved back to Vancouver where she started PWRHOUSE Fitness. Starting with a quick warm up, 30 minutes of straight rebounder dance inspired cardio. Courtney will take you through this workout, step-by-step, leaving you with a full cardio combo at the end.
