INGREDIENTS
- Rolled oats (1/2 cup)
- Mashed banana (1, whole)
- Nut butter (1 tbs, Sydney’s current favourite is almond butter)
- Cocoa powder (1 tbs)
- Almond milk
- Collagen powder (1 scoop, optional)
- Sliced strawberries (optional, for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a pot. Stir on medium/low heat for 5-8 minutes. If required, add more almond milk until the oats are at your desired consistency
- Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries.

From a young age, Sydney has loved to stay active. She loves to participate in sports such as mixed martial arts, rowing, and basketball. Coming from a professional modelling background, staying fit is part of her lifestyle. Her current favourite style of training is weightlifting. She loves how empowered and powerful it makes her feel.

In addition to fitness, Sydney loves to travel, bake, and explore beautiful BC. She’s always trying out new healthy recipes. Her favourite recipes to try are for things like protein pancakes and energy balls. Sydney’s favourite place to visit in BC is Whistler. Her favourite place she has visited internationally is Bali, Indonesia
