Decadent Milkshake Inspired Smoothie with Amy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Almond milk (1 cup)
  • Protein powder (1 scoop)
  • Cocoa powder (1-1.5 tbsp)
  • Frozen cherries (1 cup)
  • Frozen beets (1 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender. The amount of cocoa powder you use will depend on how rich you like your chocolate. For a more decadent milkshake inspired smoothie, add the full 1.5 tablespoons.
  2. Blend until smooth and at your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
