Tropical Green Smoothie with Amy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen pineapple (1/2 cup)
  • Frozen mango (1/2 cup)
  •  Spinach (4-5 handfuls)
  • Banana (1 half)
  • Avocado (1 half)
  • Vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
  • Greens (1 scoop)
  • Almond milk (1 cup)
  • Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend, adding water until it’s at your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve.

This smoothie is Amy’s favourite way to ensure she has the nutrition and energy she needs for any of her Get TRiFit and Public Myth In Motion workouts. With 7 servings of veggies, 3 servings of fruit, and 1 serving of protein all in one glass, you’ll be set for even your most intense workout.
